Just left the Nando’s in Birmingham B1 Victoria Sq. Went in for some lunch. We were seated. made our choice went up the counter. No cards, machines not working. Staff did not bother to tell us cash only when we arrived. Told us to use the app or find a cash point. So began to use the app. Ordered the food, got to payment, now you have to register as a new user and your order disappears and you have to start again went through the whole process by this point I’d lost the will to get a Nando’s fix and left and went to another place to eat. Why can’t you have a guest checkout why do you have to register it’s only food. Really disappointed. We have always enjoyed Nando’s from SA and the UK today I was really upset.

I'm a straight male who had a horrible experience at this shop. Half of the guys there are ragging homosexuals.

I was dazzled by the stupid winks, smiles, and weird conversations started by the MANAGER and another gay fellow. Sexual harassment at its finest.

The report about this incident to the area manager didn't seem to work either.

Sad to see all these wicked s. being thrown in your face like it's something normal these days. The place is packed with gay male staff.

Stay away and cover your back! you will thank me later.

They don't even make proper grilled chicken. First, they steam the meat and then give it a grilled finish to trick you.

So you see this place is all about deceiving and manipulating you and me.

Very expensive for what you actually receive. I usually pay around £30 for myself (and a bit of chicken for my dogo). I could never afford to eat here if I had children ??

Dry chicken, old bread and chilly chicken but we ordered plain for our children.

I wish it had a zero to rate my experience... I bought food from the MK city centre Nandos got home my order was wrong I phone them bcos I got Brockley instead of rice I took photos everything I got thigh instead of breast they said I would get a voucher up to now I haven't been compensated I couldn't eat the meal neither return it bcos I live far away from the restaurant and I work nights and had to get my sleep I am very disappointed with this service and would not be returning...

Another Delicious meal, it’s a firm family favourite

Quarter of a chicken - anorexic chicken leg. Meat little and flavourless, chips obviously frozen, didn't like any of the sauces. Terrible value. Won't return.

Nando’s Bristol Cabot Circus

Waited over 40 minutes for our meals, service was poor. Will I go back again NO!!

Don't really know what the fuss is about. Had a meal at Nando's in York, Vangarde shopping outlet. Food not that hot really and the coatings apart from being quite spicy are nothing to write home about. Coleslaw quite bland and just like the cheap stuff you buy in Asda for about 30p. Spicy rice was quite bland but the peas with mint were ok. Glad they do unlimited soft drinks as the food was quite spicy so needed several glasses of sugar free cola to stop the heat in my mouth.

First and last time for me, we tend to go to Pizza Hut when we go to shopping centres if there is one around and this was a time when I wished there was one on the outlet.

Not the worse food I've eaten but I'm not sure why people go on about the brand.

Previously worked as Nandoca in Nando's dun laoghaire. Honestly is a perfect place to work. The pay is very very good. You are paid fortnightly, but paid on the 3rd Friday technically. But, your revenue increases significantly from a weekly payment Job.
The staff are incredibly nice, friendly and understanding of everyone. Very also accomodating in terms of roster and time off.
For customers, this is place you wanna go. Great staff, treat you like family. Has that friendly atmosphere that will make you want to return with friends/family.

Use to love Nando’s but soon as they stopped using white salad dressing sauce I stopped going as food doesn’t taste the same without it ! Bring it back to life !!!

I personally like Nandos and the staff in Belfast are always great. The portion sizes however are getting so small I am thinking about giving it a miss. Just charge more and dont steal our food.

Had a Nando's for my Birthday - was really looking forward to it. Spent over £80 for all of us. Ordered via Deliveroo.
Chips cold (had to put them in the microwave), didn't deliver all the order (2 sides left out and all the dips for the Halloumi fries).
Chicken things were cold and dry.
Really poor Birthday experience, but a complete waste of my Birthday money (£80).
Will NEVER be going to Nando's again, either via an App or in person
